When 48 hours cancellation notice is provided, a make-up session may be scheduled. If this is not possible, no fee will be incurred.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, a make-up session will not be available, and payment of full session fee will be required. 

Each cancellation will be treated individually. 

Multisensory Learning adheres to government privacy requirements. Confidentiality is maintained for all client information, unless permission to share information is provided by the parent/carer. This will only be sought when collaborating with allied health professionals or schools. 

All sessions are video recorded unless requested otherwise. This ensures client safety and supports detailed record maintenance. 

Video recordings are saved on-site and are not transferred to cloud files or used on social media. 

If you do not want the session recorded, please make this request in writing.

It is requested that client behaviour be respectful and not abusive. 

When working in semi-private sessions, behaviour must not interfere with the learning of others. 

If this occurs:

• parent/carer will receive verbal notification.

If inappropriate behaviour continues:

•  parent/carer will receive written notification.

If inappropriate behaviour continues to occur:

• client will be withdrawn from sessions. 
• no refund will be available.
